- INTRODUCTION -
In the modern business environment, marketing is no longer merely the process of promoting and selling products; it also plays a crucial role in building long-term relationships with customers. However, while marketing often aims to maximize profits for businesses, business ethics emphasizes the importance of conducting operations in a fair, honest, and responsible manner. Marketing and business ethics are not two separate concepts—they are closely interconnected. The integration of marketing and ethical practices creates a sustainable business environment where companies not only achieve their profit goals but also make positive contributions to the community and society.
Dr. Nga will deliver a presentation to students majoring in Vietnamese Language and Culture on the topic of Marketing and Business Ethics. The session will equip students with core knowledge of marketing and business ethics through theoretical lectures, case study exercises, and short quizzes.
